We understand that plans change — especially with little ones. Here's how our cancellation policy works for parents and guides.
48+ hours before the hike
Full RefundCancel any time 48 or more hours before your scheduled hike start time and receive a 100% refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
24–48 hours before
50% RefundCancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the hike are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% compensates the guide for the reserved time slot.
Less than 24 hours
No RefundCancellations within 24 hours of the hike are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact your guide directly — many are happy to accommodate with advance notice.
Weather & safety cancellations
Full RefundIf your guide cancels due to unsafe weather, trail closures, or safety concerns, you receive a 100% refund regardless of timing. Your guide will notify you at least 12 hours in advance when possible.
Guide cancellations
Full RefundIf a guide cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund and we will help you rebook with another available guide at no extra charge.
How to cancel
